today (thursday, i guess) and tomorrow are my final days of exams! - i am worn out! so from today to monday i will definately be fasting. i fly out to go home monday (which is overseas) so i will not even arrive until tuesday.

so i got caught. my dad said he's been watching me since i got home and said i do not eat anything. he yelled about how unhealthy it was and has been making me eat...in other words all my work is ruined and i'm up 10 pounds. i only needed ten more for my goal, but now i'm back to 20. help!
i don't know what to do.
i think i will run in the morning and workout again in the afternoon at the gym. food will be 3 times a day - egg whites, then an apple, then a salad/boca burger. is that about 300-400? i have a month left to hit my goal weight...but with all that is it possible? i hate summers with parents - all independence from college is gone!

just got out of my second treatment. gained 20 lbs.
parents will be gone for at least 4 day...maybe 7. planning a 4 day fast..then i'm going vegan and eating basically an apple and salad a day...hopefully this 'recovery' weight will come off in less than a month. i hate coming home and having tighter clothes...all my restriction and strength for nothing.

but with warm weather comes de-layering of clothing... is there really anyway to hide weight loss or let it gradually appear so it isn't really noticeable - i was recently released from a recovery program and extreme thinness all at once might not please the parents!

hey how have u guys done on the 2468 diet that have tried it? i'm thinking about it tomorrow but not too sure about the 800 :(

my problem is i constantly have to do workouts involving running, pushups, etc...and if i pass out in front of everyone = VERY bad!.

School starts aug. 15th and im determined to get to 118. made it in June to 115 but we moved and i was stuck in the house and we kept going out to eat.

yesterday i only had liquids--water,watermelon juice, and other fruits blended together.
today, so far, i have only had applesauce. gonna try to survive the heat as i go for a run. after ill go to wal mart and get a new scale (mom said i could since she is keeping the old one- so cool of her!) i simply said im using it so i dont gain the college freshman 15. my sister is a little chubby and always dieting so my mom is proud to have a skinny daughter like me...she actually praises my bonyness...as long as she thinks im eating. hmmm i am doing a military thing too so i have to be thin but strong enough to run and do pushups and situps..which is great since ill stay in shape...they even agreed to not getting me a meal plan and i can have a fridge in my dorm and theyll give me money to use to buy whatever food i want. im 5'8 and wanna hit 118 by school, so ill say how much i have to lose once i found out my current weight...so excited! i go to school august 15.....that one month 3 weeks....i think in 7 weeks u could lose at least 14 lbs. and i think thats more than enough to hit my goal.

well i failed today! i was only suppose to have a pudding cup but i was soooo bored and got my period so i ate all this jun then made brownies and ate some with mom.

rainbow diet is good the first couple days but i cant sneak past my parents on the other ones.
i this hardcore gym class at school where we are in the waitroom or constantly running (so i have to eat breakfast or ill pass out in front of everyone!)
which have u guys found most succesful restricting (500 cal?), 2468, 3 a day diet (check fading obsession website), or anything else?
i just need enough energy to get through that school workout so not much, i skip lunch, then i just have to prove im eating at home.
